Speed at a young age doesn’t predict long-term success.

Development does.

The athlete who is “the fastest right now” can plateau without proper training.

The athlete who feels slow or awkward right now can explode with the right guidance.

As kids grow, their limbs get longer. Their center of gravity shifts.
Coordination changes.

If they’re not taught how to control their body through those changes:

• Speed gains stall
• Movement becomes inefficient
• Confidence wavers
• Injuries become more likely

The difference isn’t who’s ahead today.

It’s who learns how to move well and train the right way over time.

What Happens at the Combine

This is structured. Organized. Purposeful.

Step 1: Official Speed Testing

Your athlete will run the 10-yard and 20-yard sprint using timing gates. No stopwatches. No guessing. Just data.

Step 2: Sprint Mechanics Review

We assess posture, first step, arm action, and acceleration patterns.

Step 3: Immediate Feedback

Your athlete will receive their results and clear insight into what’s holding them back.

Step 4: Personalized Development Plan

You’ll leave knowing exactly what to focus on over the next 90 days.

We opened in 2019.

Since then, we have helped hundreds of local athletes get faster, stronger, and more confident.

We focus on middle school and high school athletes who want to improve their speed and strength the right way.

The combine is the starting point.

Athletes who want to improve their results will have the opportunity to continue inside our Small Group Personal Training Program for Athletes, where we focus on:

• Acceleration & sprint development
• Jump training
• Strength training
• Injury resilience
• Long-term performance growth

Speed is built over months and years.

Not one session.

Spots Are Limited: 12 Athletes

We intentionally cap registration to ensure every athlete receives individual coaching and feedback.
