The Off-Season System for Serious College & Prep Athletes

ONLY 10 SPOTS - Must Start by June 1st!

Build Explosiveness, Speed, and Strength This Off-Season

College sports are more competitive than ever.

Every off-season matters.

You’ve seen it:

πŸ›‘ Athletes returning to campus physically unprepared

πŸ›‘ Losing explosiveness, speed, and strength during the summer

πŸ›‘ Spending months doing random workouts with no structure

πŸ›‘ Dealing with nagging injuries and breakdown from overplaying

πŸ›‘ Falling behind teammates who trained with purpose all off-season

But What If You Could...

βœ… Return to campus stronger and more explosive?
βœ… Improve your speed, vertical jump, lateral quicness and overall athleticism?
βœ… Build real strength that transfers directly to your sport?
βœ… Move better, recover better, and stay healthier throughout the season?
βœ… Step into next season more confident and physically prepared?

The FIT | STRENGTH College Off-Season Training Program is built specifically for serious college and prep school athletes looking to maximize their summer and gain an edge before next season starts.

This is not random summer lifting.

Every workout is structured to improve performance, durability, explosiveness, and confidence so you can return to your sport ready to compete at a higher level.

MUST START BY JUNE 1ST- ONLY 10 SPOTS

Why College Athletes Train Here

Most college athletes go home for the summer and lose structure.

At FIT | STRENGTH, every workout is planned with purpose:

  • Strength development

  • Explosive power

  • Speed mechanics

  • Injury reduction

  • Mobility and recovery

  • Return-to-play durability

You are not doing random workouts OR "cookie-cutter" summer programs that do not really get results.

You are preparing for next season and training with a purpse!

The DetailS!

The College Off-Season Training Program is a complete summer performance system designed for serious college and prep school athletes looking to maximize their off-season.

Athletes will train 3x PER WEEK throughout the summer inside a structured, high-performance environment focused on improving strength, speed, explosiveness, movement quality, and durability.

Every athlete begins with a 45-minute Performance Evaluation where we assess:

- Mobility and flexibility

- Speed and acceleration

- Vertical jump and Lateral Quickness

- Strength

From there, athletes receive a custom training plan based on their specific needs, sport demands, and goals for the upcoming season.

Each athlete will have access to 30 total training sessions to use throughout the summer before returning to campus.

Training sessions are 60 minutes long and led by a Certified Coach in a small group setting capped at just 6 athletes per class to ensure high-quality coaching, accountability, and individualized attention.

Athletes will also receive their own TrainHeroic login where they can:

- View workouts

- Track progress

- Log performance data

- Access training programs

- Monitor progression throughout the summer

Over the course of the summer, coaches will progress athletes through 4 different phases of training to ensure continuous improvement in performance, strength, power, and athletic development.
