The GRIT Program offers all this and more. This 6-week program is the ultimate solution for helping young athletes excel—without the dangers of heavy weightlifting or complex barbell exercises.
GRIT is a 6-week athletic development program for youth athletes who play sports and want to get faster, more confident, and stop falling behind in drills, practices, or games. If a parent is noticing a skill or confidence gap compared to teammates, this program is designed to address it the right way.
Program Details
Dates: January 19th to February 26th
Length: 6 weeks
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00–6:50 PM
Frequency: Train 2 days per week (you choose the days that fit your schedule)
Class Size: 12 athletes per class
For all athletes 7-10 years old who play sports or want to be part of a team
Athletes will learn proper sprint mechanics, improve coordination and strength, and build confidence through structured, coach-led training in a focused group environment that teaches teamwork, effort, and how to compete.

Mark has created a positive environment at Fit Strength for young athletes. He encourages them and keeps every session fun, helping them stay focused and motivated. Our son is always happy and a little bit stronger after each session. I highly recommend this program for young kids.

We focus on bodyweight exercises so athletes learn to master their own body. We will use Medicine Balls, Sleds, lite Dumbbells, and resistance bands.
