Why Choose GRIT?

Fundamental Movement First — Athletes learn how to sprint, jump, land, and change direction properly, building a foundation that makes sports feel easier and reduces the risk of injury as they grow.

6 Weeks of Expert Coaching — GRIT is led by certified coaches who help kids ages 7–10 learn how to develop first step quickness, better running mechanics, and move with confidence while building strength, coordination, and lifelong athletic habits.

Flexible Scheduling — Classes run Monday through Thursday at 6 PM, and families choose any two days each week that fit their schedule, with the flexibility to change days week to week.

Larger Group Training (12 Athletes per Class) — Training in a group helps athletes ages 7–10 learn teamwork, healthy competition, and how to win and lose the right way, while staying engaged, motivated, and learning alongside peers in a structured, coach-led environment.

Confidence That Carries Over — By showing up, working through challenges, and earning small wins each session, athletes build real confidence that translates to practices, games, and trying new sports.

GRIT is a 6-week athletic development program for youth athletes who play sports and want to get faster, more confident, and stop falling behind in drills, practices, or games. If a parent is noticing a skill or confidence gap compared to teammates, this program is designed to address it the right way.

Program Details

Dates: January 19th to February 26th

Length: 6 weeks

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00–6:50 PM

Frequency: Train 2 days per week (you choose the days that fit your schedule)

Class Size: 12 athletes per class

For all athletes 7-10 years old who play sports or want to be part of a team

Athletes will learn proper sprint mechanics, improve coordination and strength, and build confidence through structured, coach-led training in a focused group environment that teaches teamwork, effort, and how to compete.

This program is $35 a week.

No, you can choose different classes each week based on your schedule.

What kind of strength training do you do?

We focus on bodyweight exercises so athletes learn to master their own body. We will use Medicine Balls, Sleds, lite Dumbbells, and resistance bands.

Do you do family discounts?
